Cyrus,

Don't despair. This is a setback but it is based on a jurisdictional technicality. Please let the children know. According to the decision, Perlitz may be tried either in New York or Miami where he took the flights out to go rape and molest our children.  The judge's opinion is that Connecticut was only the place where he made preparations to take the flights and therefore not meeting the statutes guidelines.

It is true that throwing out the case means he may technically be released from prison but the prosecutor may ask for a stay of that decision until an appeal is filed. This also obviously provides Perlitz lawyers with more amunition to negotiate to a lower charge with less time or time served. That possible since he's been in jail for almost one year, remember that is a VICTORY Cyrus as our bourgeois and hotel owners in Haiti sell-out our tiny children to these perverts, these  pedophile charity workers and priests to make money....  The struggle will continue, New York or Miami will file against Perlitz, HLLN will not let this matter drop. We will push for this as well as put the pressure on Haiti for extradition. The pressure will built. Count on this. We hope more Haitians will join you and I Cyrus and bringing justice to our molested children....  Don't despair, let the children know.  Nou la. The earthquake set us back at HLLN on pursuing this matter with more vigor, but we will push Miami or New York to file immediately against Perlitz and to keep him in jail until trial. Let the children know

Kenbe la Cyrus, pa lage. HLLN will pursue this matter until Mr. Perlitz has been justly tried, the children afforded counseling, education and justice.

Call me if you wish to discuss the ramification of this decision further,

Ezili Danto of HLLN
