Cyrus Sibert and I will immediately file a small claims court action against Paul D'Oliveira, a Hearts with Haiti board member and a plaintiff in the defamation law suit against me, for reimbursement of our expenses to return Sony to the United States.
On March 28th, Paul D'Oliveira, HWH board member, a prominent business owner and member of the Rotary Club in Concord, MA, used fraud, manipulation and false pretenses to abduct Sony Derazin from his Boston area apartment and then returned Sony to Michael Geilenfeld in Haiti.
In November 2012, Sony fled from Haiti to the United States in fear of physical harm from Michael Geilenfeld.
Sony is represented by legal counsel in Boston in his pursuit of asylum.
In addition, Sony will apply with the County Court for a temporary restraining (protective) order against Paul D'Oliveira and Hearts with Haiti.
If the temporary restraining order is issued, D'Oliveira and the president of Hearts with Haiti will be forced to appear before a judge, Sony and child protection advocates in 30 days.
