A multi accused molester of children in Haiti is asking a Federal Judge in Maine to order child protection activist, Paul Kendrick, to pay $28,300 to the child molester's attorney as punishment for Kendrick's blowing the whistle on U.S. diplomats in Haiti and two of the abuser's lawyers who conspired to obstruct a criminal investigation of the child
Kendrick did not release just any information when he violated the Court's confidentiality order.
At a January 30, 2015 hearing before US Federal Judge, John Woodcock, Jr. in Portland, ME, Kendrick testified that the information he released (a thread of emails) exposed efforts by 1) Brian Hoyt, a U.S. Embassy employee in Port au Prince, Haiti, 2) Jessica Reitz, a USAID employee stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Port au Prince, 3) Michael Geilenfeld, a multi accused child molester, 4) Rosario Rizzo, a Boston attorney representing Hearts with Haiti, 5) Robert Oberkoetter, a Boston attorney representing Michael Geilenfeld, 6) Paul D'Oliveira, a Concord, MA business owner and member of the Board of Directors of Hearts with Haiti and Geoffrey Hamlyn, Executive Director of Hearts with Haiti, to interfere with a criminal investigation of child sexual abuse charges against U.S. citizen, Geilenfeld, at the U.S. Embassy level in Haiti.
Because of Kendrick's action, further attempts by the aforementioned individuals to peddle their influence and to hinder and obstruct the investigation of Geilenfeld were exposed.
Kendrick has filed Freedom of Information Act requests with USAID, the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Embassy in Port au Prince in an effort to uncover additional email correspondence.
