Movement of armed Ex- military officers in Port Au Prince (West Department).-

DATE AND TIME: On 05 February 2016, at 10:55 hrs

At 11:57hrs, the soldiers were seen at Delmas #30 moving along the main Delmas road.

On 05 February 2016 at 10:55hrs, Police Operations Center (POC-CRO) was informed that at 10:41hrs in Port Au Prince (West Department), approximately fifty (50) former soldiers of the Armed Forces of Haiti (FADH) in military uniforms armed with different types of firearms are marching on foot from Carrefour through Delmas 19, towards the National Palace for unknown reason. A team of HNP with the support of UNPOL are monitoring the situation.
