REV. PATRICK HAMRICK - YOUR SILENCE AND DO NOTHING ATTITUDE CONTINUE TO PUT HAITIAN CHILDREN AT RISK OF SEXUAL ABUSE. WE NEED ANSWERS NOW !!!!!! Begin forwarded message: From: "Hearts W. Haiti" <4heartswithhaiti@gmail.com> Date: May 10, 2011 7:33:05 PM EDT To: kendrickpt@aol.com Subject: Hearts with Haiti Dear Mr. Kendrick, I am writing in reference to your recent email to me and your communications with other board members of Hearts with Haiti. As I believe you are aware, Hearts with Haiti is a non-profit organization that seeks to support the ministries of the St. Joseph's Home, Wings of Hope, and Trinity House in Haiti. While Hearts with Haiti neither owns nor operates these ministries and it does not employ the staff of these ministries, we do care deeply about the children served by these ministries. It seems apparent from the tenor and tone of your prior communications that there is probably little, if anything, that I or others with Hearts with Haiti can say that will satisfy your concerns or adequately address the allegations that you have made. Nevertheless, I think we both share the desire for a healthy, wholesome, and safe environment for the children served by these ministries. To that end, the Hearts with Haiti board is actively seeking to identify an independent, credible third party organization to conduct an investigation into the allegations that have been made. Should you have suggestions about such an organization that you would like to pass along for consideration by the board, please do so. Once an investigator is identified, I would anticipate that he or she will want to hear from you so as to have the benefit of any evidence that you have to share. I hope you will be willing to cooperate in that regard. Once we have identified the organization to conduct the investigation, I'll give them your contact information. Best regards, Patrick Hamrick ____________________ "La vraie reconstruction d'Haïti passe par des réformes en profondeur des structures de l'État pour restaurer la confiance, encourager les investisseurs et mettre le peuple au travail.
