“Haiti’s Foreign Minister, his Excellency Mr. Laurent Lamothe, new orientation towards a new and vibrant “Business Diplomacy�, bearing fruits.

 

On January 23^rd 2012, the Consulate General of Haiti in Miami brought to Port-au-Prince, a commercial trade mission led by the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida (HACCOF) and a group representing the Thai government's investment interests. The delegation was made up of Mr. François GUILLAUME II, Consul General Designee of Haiti in Miami, Mr. Pierre Saliba, Chairman of HACCOF, Mr. Jeff Lozama, Board Member of HACCOF, Mrs. Kanya Amorntheerakul, Director of the Thai Trade Center and Mr. Pheeraphat Phatraprasit, Officer of International Trade of the Thai Trade Center.

 

The delegation will visit many commercial and investment sites of interest in the capital, North and South of Haiti.

 

The Consulate General of Haiti in Miami avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the members of the Press and to the Haitian Community the assurances of its highest consideration.

La nouvelle orientation de la ''Diplomatie d'Affaires'' du Chancelier, Son Excellence Monsieur Laurent Lamothe, porte fruits.

 

Le 23 janvier 2012, le Consulat Général d'Haïti à Miami a amené à Port-au-Prince, une mission commerciale dirigée par la Chambre de Commerce Haïtiano-Américaine de la Floride (HACCOF) et un groupe représentant les intérêts des investissements du gouvernement Thaïlandais. La délégation était composée de M. François GUILLAUME II, Consul Général Désigné d'Haïti à Miami, M. Pierre Saliba, Président de HACCOF, M. Jeff Lozama, Membre du Conseil de l'HACCOF, Mme Kanya Amorntheerakul, Directrice du Centre de Commerce Thaïlandais et M. Pheeraphat Phatraprasit, Agent International du centre de Commerce Thaïlandais.     

 

La délégation visitera plusieurs emplacements commerciaux d'intérêt dans la capitale, du Nord et au sud d'Haïti.
