L'Ambassade des Etats-Unis salue la Ratification

du Dr. Garry Conille au poste de Premier Ministre

Nous saluons la ratification par le Parlement haïtien du Dr. Gary Conille au poste de Premier Ministre. Le gouvernement des Etats-Unis se tient prêt à travailler en partenariat avec le Premier Ministre et son gouvernement en vue de répondre aux défis urgents du processus de reconstruction.

Nous souhaitons que, considérant que plus de quatre mois se sont écoulés sans un gouvernement ratifié par le Parlement, le Président Martelly et le Premier Ministre Conille vont agir rapidement en vue de rattraper le temps perdu en accomplissant la tâche importante qui est de gouverner. Les Etats-Unis sont prêts à travailler de concert avec ses partenaires dans la poursuite de cet objectif.

Nous restons engagés à supporter le peuple haïtien et le gouvernement haïtien sur le long terme dans la construction d'un pays plus stable, plus prospère et plus démocratique

The Embassy of the United States Welcomes the Ratification

of Dr. Garry Conille as Prime Minister

We salute the ratification by the Haitian parliament of Dr. Garry Conille as Prime Minister. The U.S. government stands ready to partner together with the Prime Minister and his cabinet to meet the urgent challenges of reconstruction.

We hope that, since more than four months have now passed without a government ratified by the parliament, President Martelly and Prime Minister Conille will move swiftly to make up for lost time in doing the important work of governing. The United States is ready to work together with our partners in furtherance of this goal.

We remain committed to supporting the Haitian people and the Haitian government over the long-term, in building a country that is more stable, more prosperous, and more democratic.
