Former Haitian Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe will deliver the keynote address at the third annual J/P HRO (Haitian Relief Organization) gala on Saturday in Los Angeles.
Founded by American Actor Sean Penn in response to the devastating 2010 earthquake, this non profit organization' mission is to save lives and build sustainable programs with the Haitian people quickly and effectively.
Several well known celebrities including former US President Bill Clinton are expected to attend the fund raising event.
Funds raised will help finance some of the organization's projects in Haiti.
