GEILENFELD MUST REMAIN IN JAIL IN HAITI UNTIL HIS TRIAL.
Allegations of child sexual abuse of Haitian children against U.S. citizen, Michael Geilenfeld, must have the opportunity to be investigated and prosecuted by officials of the Republic of Haiti.
The children who were abused, and their families, and the Haitian society, have a legitimate right to see Michael Geilenfeld brought to justice for crimes committed against Haitian children in the Haiti judicial system.
Reasons that bail should not be granted:
1) it is a fact that Michael Geilenfeld is a multi accused child molester. He is a danger to children,
2) If released from prison, Geilenfeld, now under extreme pressure, will threaten and intimidate victims and witnesses.
3) Experience tells us that more victims and witnesses will testify to Haitian authorities about abuses by Geilenfeld if they are able to feel safe and protected from retaliation by Geilenfeld.
4) If Geilenfeld's US passport is returned to him by the Judge, Geilenfeld will immediately escape from Haiti and never return in order to avoid conviction and imprisonment for his crimes against Haitian children.
